It's been one week since I started crawling and I am pretty much as expert. Mom finally put me down long enough to allow me to stretch and crawl. (She holds me a lot always saying I'm her last baby so she has to soak in all the snuggles she can.)
Initially I started in the bathroom because I liked chasing after towels but then Sister started building block castles for me. She will set them up and I will crawl to them to demolish. I take quite a lot of delight in it and Sister is so good to me.
Here are some photos and video.
Mom says it is always a big milestone when her babies are outside the womb as long as they were inside. This is me on my 9 month birthday...
I had a Frozen-themed birthday party to attend so Mom made this dress for me. It turned out great except left no room to grow. Guess she'll have to sew another one! (She crocheted the edging to the dress, too.)
It was a fun party. My sitter, Ms. B, took me along with her little girl. We met the rest of the family there.
First time eating Nan's tortillas. They are delicious!
Mom always gets really excited when she can pull this out for her babies. I was no exception. Around age 8 months these were taken as I would no longer use my recliner in the shower. I have really been enjoying my duckie bath, especially when Sister makes it "qwack".
